Welcome to my site. By spending time getting to know me, I hope to inform you about my experience with anxiety as a young adult and hopefully, give some insight into understanding how many students on this campus also suffer from anxiety, often in plain sight. Click on the tab ‘my story’ and you will find a visual narrative about my experience living with anxiety, and my thoughts in words describing how that plays out for me day to day.

I hope you will find comfort and hope from my story, and become more willing to talk about mental health with your friends and family. This project aims to both inform and allow you to actually experience what it feels like to have anxiety. I also explain how anxiety is masked and presented as normal on our campus. While it may be normal, it is not healthy and we should help each other get through each day in a more open, honest and healthful way.
